 What types of rentals do you offer?

 We offer specialty boutique style rentals including, vintage and contemporary lounge seating, accent tables, chairs and accessories. We also offer rugs, decor, backdrops, signs, floral vessels and much, much more!

 Do you offer delivery and pick up of your rentals?

 Yes, we do. Our delivery fee is based on the size of your order, distance and complexity. Delivery includes placement of each item in the area of your choice. And when your event is over, we will return to take it all away.

 For what types of events can I use your rentals?

 We specialize in wedding rentals and design, but we love corporate parties and gatherings. We also love to provide rentals for baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties or special family events.

 How do I reserve items for my wedding or event?

 After browsing our website and falling in love with our event rental collection, simply add the items that you are interested in to your cart and request a quote. We will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with a detailed description, availability, prices and fees. Once you are ready to commit, simply pay the deposit online to reserve your items.

 What if I change my mind or want to add to my order?

 No problem! You can make changes to your order up to 30 days before your event. Although changes can be made, or items added, (your final invoice will be adjusted) you are still obligated to pay the original (or remaining) contracted amount.

 Do you participate in collaborations or styled shoots?

 We love collaborating with other vendors! And the more professional pictures, the better. We are not photographers after all! But we have the following policies in place: *All rentals must be picked up in a fully enclosed vehicle – no exceptions! *All furniture items must be delivered by our team – delivery fees will apply. *We require all vendors to sign our contract. *Proper photo credit is required on all posts or social media. Credit should be given through tags on posts or links in blog posts. *Evergreen & Ivy shall be the only specialty rental vendor for your shoot. *We do not loan our items out for free, rental fees will apply, but we do offer discounts for fellow vendors.

 Do you offer Event Design?

 You betcha! Designing events is where we shine! From first concept to execution, we can create amazing spaces that set you apart from the rest. With our keen sense of style and our eye for detail, we can elevate your event and create something magical! All those Pins your pinning don’t have to be just for fun. Let’s make that dream a reality!

 Can I hire you for both rentals and event design?

Please do! There is nothing we love more than creating beautiful spaces. By combining our event design with our rentals, you achieve a cohesive look throughout your event. And since we understand the ins and outs of our inventory, we know how to make each piece stand out.

 Do you charge any additional fees for your services?

 We charge a 10% non-refundable damage waiver to your rental order total. This covers normal wear and tear. It does not cover damaged items due to negligence, incremental weather or misuse. Severe damaged or missing items will be charged a replacement fee or damage fee 4x the cost of the rental rate.

 What if something breaks?

 We understand that accidents happen! The 10% damage waiver covers most minor accidents. However, if the damage is more than the damage waiver can cover, you will be charged a replacement or damage fee.

 Do you offer warehouse pickups?

Some items can be picked up at our warehouse, including decor items and small accessories. All items must be transported in a fully enclosed vehicle. No exceptions!! If you arrive in an open bed vehicle, you will be denied your rental pieces. Most of our furniture pieces must be delivered based on their vintage nature. Please refer to the description of each item to determine if it can be picked up or needs to be delivered. There is a $100 minimum for will-call orders.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

 We understand that sometimes plans change. If there is a change or cancellation, your payment can be applied to a rental for another date. (We cannot guarantee availability of items, but we will do our best to provide an appropriate alternative). Refunds are not given for previous payments. Cancelations must be made in writing.

 What if you don’t have an item I need in your inventory?

 We are constantly adding to our inventory. If there is something specific that you want for your wedding or event, chances are we can provide it. Don’t hesitate to ask, after all, our favorite thing to do is shop or create cool items!! Send us a picture and we can let you know if it’s possible.
